Fronted by Alice Hubley (also of Arthur and Martha), the group carved out a niche with nerdy lyrical themes, weaving references to science, geometry, and everyday romance into catchy, hook-driven tracks like "Commuter Love" and "Hey Sailor Boy!" Their sound evoked comparisons to acts like Stereolab and Saint Etienne, balancing danceable rhythms with clever, introspective songwriting. They released a well-received debut album, *Oscillations* (2014), and several EPs, including *Hey Sailor Boy!* (2012), before going on hiatus.
