Aisar y El Expresso de Cuba is a dynamic Cuban orchestra fronted by Aisar Hernández, an accomplished bassist, composer, producer, and arranger with over 25 years of experience in Cuba’s vibrant music scene. Born in Camagüey, Hernández honed his musical talents alongside some of the island’s most prestigious bands, including Orquesta Revé, where he served as musical director and helped shape the group’s iconic sound. In 2016, he launched El Expresso de Cuba, assembling a talented group of conservatory-trained musicians to create fresh yet deeply rooted dance music that blends traditional and contemporary Afro-Cuban styles. The band is known for its energetic performances, innovative arrangements, and a commitment to celebrating Cuba’s rich musical heritage while exploring new creative directions.

With a repertoire featuring both original compositions and classic Cuban rhythms, Aisar y El Expresso de Cuba have quickly won over audiences and critics alike for their signature blend of virtuosity and dance-floor appeal.
