Thorstenn also studied at Berklee College of Music for a year before leaving to pursue a career in death metal. Bonginator's style combines old-school death metal influences with a modern twist, often incorporating themes of science fiction and humor. Their debut album, "The Intergalactic Gorebong of Deathpot," was released on April 20, 2023, and features tracks like "Zombie Party Rockers" and "420lb Poop," which have gained the band a following with their catchy grooves and over-the-top lyrics.
