HyeJin Kim is a South Korean pianist who has been praised for her "sensitive and poetic" playing. She began playing the piano at the age of four and went on to study at the Seoul National University and the Juilliard School. Kim has won numerous awards, including the first prize at the International Chopin Competition in Warsaw in 2009. She has performed with major orchestras around the world, including the New York Philharmonic, the Boston Symphony Orchestra, and the London Symphony Orchestra. Kim is also a dedicated chamber musician and has collaborated with some of the world's leading musicians, including cellist Yo-Yo Ma and violinist Joshua Bell.
