**Random Dudes** is the delightfully sardonic indie project of Sydney-based musician Chris Lynton, blending wiry synth-pop hooks with biting satire aimed squarely at art-world pretensions and late-stage capitalism. Since emerging with their cheekily titled releases (*Songs About The Art World And Other Songs* lives up to its name), the project marks lo-fi DIY charm with sharp, conversational lyrics—picture Jarvis Cocker fronting a jangly garage band armed with a battered MIDI keyboard.
