Corey Hart is a Canadian singer-songwriter who rose to fame in the 1980s with his hit singles "Sunglasses at Night" and "Never Surrender." Born in Montreal, Quebec, Hart began playing guitar at a young age and eventually formed his own band. He released his debut album, "First Offense," in 1983, which featured the hit single "Sunglasses at Night." The album was a commercial success, selling over a million copies worldwide. Hart continued to release successful albums throughout the 1980s, including "Boy in the Box" (1985) and "Fields of Fire" (1986). He has won numerous awards, including a Juno Award for Male Vocalist of the Year in 1984.
