Guillaume Roussel is a French film composer who's been making waves in both European and Hollywood cinema. Born in 1980, Roussel started playing piano at just 5 years old and went on to study classical music, jazz, and film scoring. He got his big break when he moved to Los Angeles in 2010 and caught the attention of Hans Zimmer, who invited him to join his prestigious Remote Control Studios. Since then, Roussel has composed for a variety of high-profile projects, including "Pirates of the Caribbean 4," "The Three Musketeers," and "Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets." His work on the French crime thriller "Bac Nord" (The Stronghold) even earned him a César Award nomination for Best Original Score.
