The Salzburg Cathedral Orchestra is a world-renowned ensemble that has been performing in the heart of Austria for centuries. Founded in the 17th century, the orchestra has a rich history of performing sacred music, particularly the works of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, who was born in Salzburg. Today, the orchestra continues to perform Mozart's masterpieces, as well as a wide range of other classical and contemporary works, in the stunning setting of Salzburg Cathedral.
