Jessica McKee

Jessica McKee is a highly accomplished collaborative pianist with a strong presence in the DC metropolitan area. She holds a Master of Music and a Doctorate of Musical Arts in Collaborative Piano from the University of Maryland, where she studied with Rita Sloan. Jessica is a founding member of the Iris Piano Trio, an outreach-based chamber group that began at Charles E. Smith Life Communities in Rockville. She has held adjunct teaching positions at various institutions, including Montgomery Community College and the University of Maryland. Her performances are featured in several recordings, including *Consonant Connections* and *A Winter's Night*. McKee is an active collaborator, frequently participating in recitals and chamber music concerts throughout the United States.

Jessica's educational background also includes time at the University of Michigan, where she studied piano with Logan Skelton and Douglas Humphreys and played violin in the Philharmonic Orchestra. She has performed as a soloist with the Syracuse Symphony and attended prestigious programs like the Aspen Music Festival. McKee continues to be an active performer and educator, maintaining a small private teaching studio in Maryland.
