Vrîmuot

Vrîmuot is a German one-man neofolk project founded in 2019 by the composer, multi-instrumentalist, and vocalist known as T.S. or Lupus Viridis. Based in the Teutoburg Forest, his music blends traditional folk values with a fresh, mythopoeic darkfolk approach, described by him as "Mythopoeic and Folkhoolistic Minnesang." Vrîmuot's sound is crafted DIY-style with home recording techniques, delivering long, intense, and complex narratives that evoke Romantic themes of enlightenment and transcendence from modern mundanity.

Since debuting with the album *O Tempora, O Mores!* in 2020, Vrîmuot has developed significantly, releasing a second full-length, *Lupus Viridis* ("The Green Wolf"), in 2025. This work explores mythical realms and personal introspection through richly illustrated and emotionally charged lyrics. The project aims to breach new ground in neofolk, conveying positive, cathartic messages grounded in folklore and personal myth.
