Craig Jessop is a renowned American choral conductor and music educator best known for his time as music director of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, a role he held from 1999 to 2008. Under his leadership, the choir expanded its international reach, recorded extensively, and performed to critical acclaim, earning a Grammy nomination and Emmy Award. Jessop's passion for choral excellence is evident in his collaborations with esteemed composers and orchestras, as well as in his championing of new choral works.
After leaving the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, Jessop went on to serve as the founding dean of the Caine College of the Arts at Utah State University, where he also directed the American Festival Chorus and Orchestra.
