Marshall Munhumumwe

Marshall Munhumumwe, affectionately known as "Jah Prayzah," is a Zimbabwean contemporary musician who has taken the music scene by storm. With his unique blend of Afro-pop, reggae, and traditional Zimbabwean rhythms, Jah Prayzah has captivated audiences across the continent and beyond. His soulful lyrics, energetic performances, and infectious melodies have earned him a loyal following and numerous awards, including the prestigious Zimbabwe Music Awards.

Born in Uzumba-Maramba-Pfungwe, Zimbabwe, Jah Prayzah's musical journey began at a young age. Inspired by the likes of Bob Marley and Oliver Mtukudzi, he honed his skills as a singer, songwriter, and guitarist. In 2007, he formed the Third Generation Band, which quickly gained recognition for its innovative sound. Jah Prayzah's breakthrough came in 2013 with the release of his hit single "Gochi Gochi," which topped the charts and established him as a force to be reckoned with in the Zimbabwean music industry.
