Legacy of Brutality

Legacy of Brutality is a thrash metal band formed by Tom Araya, the bassist and vocalist of Slayer, and Gary Holt, Slayer's guitarist. The band's music is a continuation of the style that Tom Araya and Kerry King (also of Slayer) explored in their side project, but with Gary Holt on guitar. Legacy of Brutality released their debut album, "Leftovers", in 2019, which featured unreleased Slayer material from the 1980s. The album's release was a surprise to fans, as it showcased older, previously unheard recordings.
