The Electric Stars are a Northern Irish indie rock band that formed in Belfast in 2005. The band consists of lead singer and guitarist Chris Bunton, bassist and backing vocalist Dave McVeigh, and drummer and backing vocalist Johnny Boyle. The Electric Stars have released four studio albums, including their 2010 debut album "The Electric Stars" and their most recent album "Between the Streets and the Stars" in 2019. The band has toured extensively throughout the UK and Ireland, and has also performed at festivals such as Glastonbury and Reading and Leeds. The Electric Stars are known for their energetic live performances and their catchy, guitar-driven songs.
