Mystic Circle

Mystic Circle is a pioneering German extreme metal band founded in 1992 by A. Blackwar and Beelzebub in Ludwigshafen. Initially playing death metal, they later transitioned towards black metal. Their breakthrough came with the album "Drachenblut" in 1998, which was influenced by the Nibelungen saga and quickly gained attention in the black metal scene. Mystic Circle became known for their touring efforts, performing with notable bands like Dimmu Borgir, Cannibal Corpse, and Immortal. The band disbanded in 2007 but reformed in 2020, continuing their legacy as a duo with A. Blackwar and Beelzebub at the helm.

The band has released numerous albums over the years, including "Morgenröte – Der Schrei nach Finsternis," "Infernal Satanic Verses," "The Great Beast," and more recently, "Mystic Circle" (2022) and "Erzdämon" (2023). Their style often blends elements of death and black metal, showcasing their versatility and dedication to the genre. With their reformation, Mystic Circle continues to spread their musical spirit, honoring their roots while staying true to their own artistic vision.
