Usha Kapoor is a violinist and violist who has performed with some of the world's leading orchestras, including the New York Philharmonic, the Boston Symphony Orchestra, and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. She is also a dedicated chamber musician and has collaborated with many of the world's leading musicians, including pianists Emanuel Ax and Mitsuko Uchida. Kapoor is a graduate of the Juilliard School and the New England Conservatory of Music. She is currently on the faculty of the Mannes School of Music in New York City.
