Peter Perrett is an English singer-songwriter and guitarist best known for his work with the punk rock band The Only Ones. Born in London in 1952, Perrett's music is characterized by its introspective lyrics, jangly guitars, and haunting melodies. After The Only Ones disbanded in 1982, Perrett embarked on a solo career, releasing several critically acclaimed albums, including "Humanworld" (1988) and "How the West Was Won" (1995). Despite his struggles with addiction and mental health issues, Perrett has continued to write and perform, earning a cult following among fans of alternative rock and punk.
