Christoph Haßler

Christoph Haßler is a dedicated choral conductor and music educator based in Germany, serving as the full-time head of music at the State Seminar for Teacher Training for Primary Schools in Kaiserslautern. He kicked off his career singing in the Südwestpfälzer Children’s Choir (SWPK) in Münchweiler an der Rodalb under his dad, Bernhard Haßler, which sparked his love for working with young voices—he's now the director of that very choir.

In 1994, he founded the ex-semble women’s chamber choir with former SWPK singers, racking up national and international first prizes and hitting the festival circuit worldwide. Haßler has helmed recordings like *Christian Ridil: Works for Women's & Children's Choir & Solo Songs*, *Ceremonies*, *Nachtzauber Frauenchöre der Romantik*, *Wenn ich ein Vöglein wär' (Volkslieder)*, and *Irgendwo ist Weihnachtsland*, often featuring his choirs alongside top collaborators. Influenced by Helmuth Rilling, he's snagged conducting awards and the title of Choir Director ADC for his stellar work keeping choral music alive and kicking.
