The Late Great is an indie rock band from Brooklyn, New York. Formed in 2004, the band consists of vocalist and guitarist Chris Farren, bassist and vocalist Lisa Frank, and drummer and vocalist Dave Wingo. The band's music is characterized by its catchy melodies, introspective lyrics, and jangly guitars. The Late Great has released four full-length albums, including "April is the Cruelest Month" (2009), "If You Won't Bring Me Luck" (2012), "Temporary Love Songs" (2015), and "Cherry on Top" (2018). The band has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with bands such as The National, Death Cab for Cutie, and The Shins.
