Necromass

**Necromass** is an Italian black metal act formed in the early '90s by multi-instrumentalist Andrea Treglia (aka Lord Necromass). Rooted in the occult and esoteric themes, the band emerged during black metal’s second wave, blending raw, atmospheric instrumentation with ritualistic lyrical imagery. After a hiatus in the 2000s, Necromass resurrected in the 2010s, continuing their exploration of dark mysticism through releases like *Ordo. Equilibrium. Nox.* and *Calix. Utero. Babalon.*, which channel their signature blend of haunting melodies and arcane symbolism. Tracks like *Abyss Calls Life* and *Mysteria Mystica Zothyriana* showcase their enduring focus on ceremonial darkness and cryptic storytelling, cementing their cult status among fans of occult-driven extreme metal.
