He began his music career relatively late, debuting at the age of 30 in 1983 at the Mamaia Music Festival with the song "Ochii tăi." Over the years, he has become known for his romantic and sensitive ballads, many of which are love songs. Some of his notable albums include "O picătură de amor," "În lumea romantică," "Autograf," and "Declarație de dragoste." One of his most famous hits is the song "Hai, vino iar în gara noastră mică!"
