Months Like Days is a post-hardcore band from San Diego, California. Formed in 2018, the band consists of vocalist and guitarist Jake Hill, bassist and vocalist Chris Demakes, and drummer Matt Young. Their music is characterized by its heavy riffs, soaring melodies, and introspective lyrics. Months Like Days have released two EPs, "Unstable" and "Fine.", and are currently working on their debut full-length album.
