Vince Giordano and The Nighthawks are a Grammy-winning jazz band that specializes in the music of the 1920s, 1930s, and 1940s. Led by cornetist and bandleader Vince Giordano, the group has been performing and recording for over 30 years, and has become known for their authentic recreations of the music of the swing era. They have performed on Broadway, in films, and on television, and have collaborated with a wide range of artists, including Wynton Marsalis, Paul McCartney, and Lady Gaga.
Giordano founded The Nighthawks in 1989, and the band has since released over a dozen albums. Their music has been featured in numerous films and television shows, including "The Aviator," "Boardwalk Empire," and "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel." The band has also performed at prestigious venues around the world, including Carnegie Hall, the Hollywood Bowl, and the Sydney Opera House.
