Motorcade is a Dallas-based band known for its sleek, melodic, and moody music. The band consists of vocalist, guitarist, and keyboardist James Henderson, vocalist Andrew Huffstetler, drummer Jeff Ryan, and bassist John Dufilho. This lineup brings a wealth of experience from previous notable projects—Ryan has drummed for St. Vincent, The War on Drugs, and Daniel Johnston, while Dufilho has played with The Deathray Davies and The Apples in Stereo. Motorcade's music is characterized by its blend of dark lyrical themes with an accessible, danceable sound, as seen in their sophomore effort, *See You in the Nothing*, featuring tracks like "Shift" and "Slip" that evoke vintage New Wave and Gothic influences.
