**Wreckshop Family** is a Houston-born hip-hop collective deeply rooted in the city’s iconic chopped-and-screwed sound. Emerging in the late ’90s under the wing of Wreckshop Records, the crew became synonymous with Houston’s gritty, bass-heavy vibe and neighborhood pride (shoutout to the "Dirty 3rd" zone they rep). Founded by the late Big HAWK (a key figure in the Screwed Up Click), the group included legends like Fat Pat, whose smooth flow and street anthems left a lasting imprint on Southern rap. Their releases, like *The Dirty 3rd - The Album* and *Doin’ It Fa Texas*, showcase their loyalty to Texas culture, blending hypnotic beats with slow-dripped vocals.
