Bring Me The Horizon

Bring Me The Horizon, often acronymized as BMTH, is a British rock band hailing from Sheffield, England, that has significantly evolved its sound since its inception in 2004. Formed by lead vocalist Oliver Sykes, guitarist Lee Malia, bassist Matt Kean, drummer Matt Nicholls, and keyboardist Jordan Fish, the group began their journey as a deathcore band with their debut album "Count Your Blessings" in 2006. As they matured, Bring Me The Horizon transitioned through various styles, most notably metalcore on albums like "Suicide Season" (2008) and "There Is a Hell Believe Me I've Seen It. There Is a Heaven Let's Keep It a Secret." (2010), before veering towards more experimental rock and pop sounds with "That's the Spirit" in 2015 and "Amo" in 2019.

Their versatility has allowed them to remain relevant in a changing musical landscape, pushing boundaries and collaborating with artists across diverse genres. This is evident in their recent releases, which showcase a blend of heavy riffs, electronic elements, and catchy melodies. Tracks like "DArkSide" and "sTraNgeRs" continue to impress with their innovative approach to modern rock, while collaborations with figures like Lil Uzi Vert on "AmEN!" and blackbear in "Wish I Could Forget" emphasize their wide-ranging appeal. "Bad Life" and its accompanying acoustic version further highlight the band's ability to weave emotional depth into their dynamic sound. Bring Me The Horizon's commitment to constant evolution has cemented their status as a mainstay in the music scene, engaging fans old and new with every release.
