Bastian Balders

Bastian Balders is a techno producer, label owner, and DJ based in Leipzig, Germany. He has been involved in the electronic music scene since the 1990s and began creating his own music in 2014, initially working with the Berlin-based techno label Konsequent Records. Over time, he has developed a unique sound that blends melodious synths with straight-up techno, releasing music on labels like ARTS and Trapez. In 2019, he launched his own label, Balders Audio, with the release of his "Vorticity EP," which featured a remix by techno pioneer Alex Bau. This marked a significant step in his career, showcasing his ability to produce high-energy techno tracks suitable for late-night clubbing.

Bastian's passion for music is evident in his diverse releases, which often explore different facets of techno. His recent works include titles like "Split 2.0," "Wormhole EP," and "The Blue God EP," demonstrating his ongoing creativity and contribution to the electronic music scene. With a background that includes playing drums from a young age, Bastian's journey into techno reflects his lifelong engagement with music, evolving from a fan to a respected artist in his own right.
