Zeke and the Popo is a psychedelic rock band from San Francisco, California. The band was formed in 2010 by Zeke Howard (vocals, guitar), Popo Sanchez (bass), and Dr. Dundiff (drums). Their music is a blend of classic rock, surf rock, and psychedelic pop, with a heavy emphasis on improvisation and experimentation. Zeke and the Popo have released four albums to date, including their most recent, "Unrescued World," which was released in 2022. The band has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with bands such as The Black Lips, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, and The Flaming Lips.
