Tommy Talton

Tommy Talton is an American guitarist, singer, and songwriter best known as a founding member of the Southern rock band Cowboy, which was signed to Capricorn Records in the 1970s. Hailing from Orlando, Florida, Talton became a key figure in the burgeoning Southern rock scene, collaborating with artists like Gregg Allman and playing on the seminal Gregg Allman album Laid Back. His smooth blend of roots rock, country, and blues guitar styles helped define the laid-back yet soulful sound of Cowboy.
