Barefoot Natives is a musical collaboration between Eric Gilliom and the late Willie K, a renowned Hawaiian musician. In 2007, Barefoot Natives won the prestigious Na Hoku Hanohano Award for Best Contemporary Hawaiian Album for their debut album. Willie K was known for his versatility, performing in genres such as blues, rock, opera, and Hawaiian music.
