Thirteen13

Thirteen13 is a Tokyo-based artist born in New York and raised in Tokyo, with a background that is half German and half Japanese. She majored in art history at Columbia University and, after returning to Japan, worked in various creative fields, including as an editor for "commons&sense magazine" and i-D Japan. She founded her own independent magazine, PETRICHOR, which serves as a platform to express her vision without constraints. Thirteen13 entered the music scene in late 2018, debuting her EP *OMNIPRESENT*. Her genre is hip hop/rap, and her recent releases include the EP *MOUTH*, as well as singles like *Alarm*, *blue*, and *BLOOD*. Thirteen13's music often explores themes of communication and societal pressures, reflecting her unique cultural perspective and experiences.
