Thamires Tannous is a Brazilian singer and songwriter originally from Campo Grande in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, central Brazil. She is known for her powerful and profound voice, blending the musical heritage of her home state with contemporary Brazilian music. Her music has gained recognition across Brazil, earning prestigious awards like the "Prêmio Grão de Música" in 2016. Thamires' musical influences are diverse, reflecting her family's Lebanese heritage and her upbringing surrounded by Brazilian MPB and folk styles.
