Hatis Noit

Hatis Noit is a Japanese vocal artist known for her genre-defying sound that blends everything from Gregorian chant and Japanese folk to avant-garde, classical, and pop influences. Taking her name from a Japanese folktale, Hatis Noit creates immersive, haunting soundscapes using only her voice, often layered and processed live or in the studio to form richly textured compositions. She first gained wider international attention with her 2018 debut EP, Illogical Dance, and has since earned acclaim for her experimental approach and mesmerizing live performances.

Based in the UK, Hatis Noit has toured globally and collaborated with a range of forward-thinking artists and producers. Her 2022 album Aura further pushed the boundaries of vocal experimentation, earning admiration for its emotional intensity and technical brilliance. With a background in self-taught vocal training inspired by a pilgrimage to a Buddhist temple in Nepal, Hatis Noit brings a deeply spiritual and innovative dimension to contemporary music.
