Nile On waX

Nile On waX is an instrumental trio hailing from Brussels, Belgium, originally formed in 2007 under the name Nox. The group was spearheaded by violinist Catherine Graindorge, with David Christophe on bass and Elie Rabinovitch on drums. Their sound blends cinematic, progressive, and experimental elements, creating atmospheric, genre-defying music. Nile On waX released their first three albums—“Nox,” “Freaks,” and “Bell Dogs”—on the Belgian label Depot214 Records. Their fourth album, “After Heaven,” came out on Germany’s Tonzonen Records in May 2023, marking a new chapter in their evolving journey as a band.
