Gun Ghaol
Gun Ghaol is a groundbreaking metalcore band that performs exclusively in Scottish Gaelic (Gàidhlig). Formed in 2022, they are believed to be the world's first and only metalcore act to sing entirely in the Gaelic language. The band originated from Caithness, Scotland, with founding member Colin growing up in Castletown before relocating near Falkirk. Gun Ghaol's debut album "Leum" was released in October 2024, marking a unique fusion of heavy metal with traditional Scottish language and culture.
