David Sneider is a jazz trumpet player, composer, and teacher based in New York. He is a graduate of the prestigious Juilliard School and has won first place in both the 2021 Carmine Caruso Competition and the 2019 National Trumpet Competition. Sneider is known for his work within the New York music scene, often collaborating with notable musicians. He regularly performs as a sideman for artists like Dom Salvador, Ulysses Owens, and Larry Goldings, and has shared the stage with Jerry Weldon, Grant Stewart, and Evan Sherman. In 2023, he co-released an album with his father, John Sneider, titled "Sneid Remarks," which features their original compositions.
