Tyler Hilton is an American singer-songwriter and actor hailing from Palm Springs, California. Born Tyler James Hilton on November 22, 1983, he began his career in music early by teaching himself Elvis Presley songs on guitar. He released his self-titled debut album in 2000, independently. Hilton’s soulful voice and folk-pop melodies caught the attention of major labels, leading to his signing with Maverick Records, through which he released "The Tracks of Tyler Hilton" in 2004.

In addition to his musical endeavors, Hilton also carved out a notable acting career, most famously portraying the character Chris Keller on the TV series "One Tree Hill" — a role that perfectly married his musical talents with his acting chops.
