Dream Evil

Dream Evil is a heavy metal band hailing from Sweden, known for their anthemic melodies and powerful metal riffs. Formed in 1999 by renowned music producer Fredrik Nordström—who has worked with some of the biggest names in the metal genre—the group quickly carved out its place in the metal scene with the help of guitarist Gus G, who would later join Ozzy Osbourne's band, bassist Peter Stålfors, drummer Snowy Shaw, and vocalist Niklas Isfeldt. Each member brought a wealth of experience and a shared passion for classic heavy metal, allowing Dream Evil to craft a sound that was at once traditional and refreshingly contemporary.

Dream Evil shot to prominence with their debut album, "Dragonslayer," in 2002, but it was their third release, "The Book of Heavy Metal," in 2004, that solidified their status among metal fans, with the title track becoming an anthem for metal enthusiasts worldwide. Over the years, they've maintained a steady output, with albums like "United" and the epic "In The Night" feeding the appetites of their growing fanbase. Their latest studio release, "SIX," continues to demonstrate the band’s devotion to heavy metal, with fierce guitar solos and pounding rhythms beneath lyrics that celebrate the spirit and power of the genre. Despite lineup changes, Dream Evil has remained a constant force in the metal community, delivering electrifying performances and a discography that pays homage to the roots of metal while also looking forward into the genre's future.
