hackedepicciotto is an avant-garde musical duo composed of Alexander Hacke and Danielle de Picciotto. Both members are internationally renowned through their individual endeavors: Alexander Hacke as a longstanding member of the influential German industrial band Einstürzende Neubauten, and Danielle de Picciotto from her works as a multimedia artist, musician, and the co-founder of the Berlin Love Parade. The pair, united both artistically and as life partners, merged their last names to form hackedepicciotto when they began collaborating musically.
