Gone West was an American country music group that blended modern Nashville sounds with heartfelt storytelling and exquisite vocal harmonies. Formed in 2018, the quartet consisted of two-time Grammy Award winner Colbie Caillat, her fiancé Justin Young, longtime collaborator Jason Reeves, and his wife, Academy of Country Music Awards nominee Nelly Joy. The members, each successful in their individual music careers, brought together a rich mix of influences spanning from Hawaiian music to contemporary country and pop.

Their debut album "Canyons," released in June 2020, was eagerly anticipated after the group teased fans with early singles such as "What Could've Been" which showcased their signature harmonies and emotive songwriting. Other releases such as the acoustic version of "What Could've Been," "Slow Down," and "Tides" further cemented their place in the country music panorama, appealing to a broad array of listeners drawn to their organic blend of country, pop, and folk.
