Maii Waleed

Maii Waleed is a multifaceted singer-songwriter from Alexandria, Egypt, born in 1988. She is not only a vocalist but also plays the piano and guitar, having been part of the all-girl metal band Mascara, where she played drums. Additionally, she was involved in the electro-rock ensemble Telepoetic. Maii has collaborated extensively with artists like Zeid Hamdan and Zaed Naes, but she has also focused on her solo career, releasing her EP "Nemow" in recent years. This project showcases her distinctive train-of-thought lyrical style, focusing on themes of personal growth and nature.

Maii's journey is characterized by her diverse interests beyond music, including pursuits in Kung Fu and healing arts.
