Lennart Altgenug
Lennart Altgenug is a German composer and pianist based in Berlin who's been making waves in the classical crossover scene. With a background in jazz piano and film composition from the Conservatory of Amsterdam, Lennart's music blends classical elements with contemporary sounds. He's got some serious chops, having composed for short films and even had his string quartet pieces performed at the Amsterdam Grachtenfestival.
After a stint in Mumbai heading up the piano department at The True School of Music, Lennart settled in Berlin in 2018 where he's been focusing on his neo-classical style. His latest album "Time of the Dragonfly" dropped in 2023, showcasing his knack for creating emotive melodies and atmospheric textures that bridge the gap between classical tradition and modern sensibilities.
