Pascale Rouet

Pascale Rouet is a French organist, organ teacher, and concert performer born in 1961. She has had a distinguished career, studying at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, where she earned numerous first prizes in various musical disciplines. Rouet has been a professor at the Conservatoire à rayonnement départemental de Charleville-Mézières since 1988 and has also taught at the Académie d'été d'Orgues en Cornouailles since 2006. She is known for her passion for contemporary music and has been involved in numerous recordings and commissions of new works. Rouet has also been the editor-in-chief of the *Orgues Nouvelles* magazine from 2009 to 2016 and again since 2018.

Her extensive discography includes a wide range of repertoire, from ancient to contemporary music. Some of her notable recordings feature works by composers such as Jean-Pierre Leguay, Christophe Marchand, and Michael Radulescu. Rouet's commitment to promoting contemporary music is evident through her pedagogical activities and her participation in various musical events and publications. Her contributions to the field of organ music are marked by her dedication to both performance and education.
