Luke Boor is a singer-songwriter originally from Galveston, Texas, now based in Nashville, Tennessee. His musical journey has taken him from pop-punk to indie rock, with a stint in Los Angeles along the way. From 2009 to 2012, Boor was a member of the Los Angeles pop-punk band Assemble The Skyline. In 2014, he made the move to Nashville to pursue his solo career, where he's been honing his craft as an indie rock artist.
Boor's recent single "Queens" showcases his evolution as an artist, blending power pop and indie rock influences. The track, which tells a tale of heartbreak on the NYC subway, was inspired by his experiences after moving to New York and working as a hotel doorman in The Financial District. Luke collaborates with producer Mike Abiuso, creating a sound that's both nostalgic and forward-looking.
