Humble Braggers

Humble Braggers is a band from Buffalo, New York, founded by Tom Burtless in 2013. Initially, the project was a solo endeavor, with Burtless releasing the EPs *Safe Haven* and *Disposable Friends* entirely on his own. Over time, the band expanded to include other members, such as Corey Bzibziak on bass, Gabe Wells on drums, Bryan Zells and Jake Galenski on guitars, and later additions like Matt Chavanne and Tom Stoklosa. Humble Braggers are known for their indie-rock influenced dance-pop sound, which sets them apart from other bands in Buffalo. They have performed at notable venues, including opening for prominent acts like Metric and Joywave.

The band's music reflects a blend of influences, though their sound is distinct from the bands Burtless admires, such as Foals and Radiohead. Despite being part of a vibrant music scene in Buffalo, Humble Braggers have carved out their own niche with a unique sound and energetic live performances. Their recent releases include tracks like *New Life*, *How Do I Get to You*, and *Love & Fear*, showcasing their evolving style and musical depth.
