She began her musical journey at a young age, learning guitar at the Taussigova Art School. Balonová gained recognition early on, winning a children's Porta festival at the age of 12. She has been influenced by bands like AC/DC and U2, and her music often explores themes of relationships and self-discovery. Her career took off after performing with notable Czech bands and artists, including Jelen, Divokej Bill, and Ewa Farna.

Tereza Balonová has released several notable works, including her debut EP *Zhasni den* in 2019, followed by her studio albums *Půlnoc* in 2022 and *Lampiony* in 2023. Her recent releases include singles like *Myšlenky*, *Lampiony*, and *Kdo jsme byli*.
