Shake Before Use

**Shake Before Use** is a rock band that emerged from the hardcore punk scene in Jerez de la Frontera, Andalucía, Spain, in the late 1990s. Initially formed as a trio by Jorge Sanz (guitar and vocals), Alberto Curtido (bass), and Chechu Rodríguez de Medina (drums), the band later became a quartet. They released their first album, *Utopiology*, in 2005, which quickly sold out. Over the years, they have released several albums and EPs, including *0'194513 Yards* and *Desertion*. The band's music spans genres like hardcore punk, post-hardcore, indie-rock, and rock alternativo. After a successful run, they decided to take an indefinite hiatus to focus on personal projects. Some of their notable releases include *Desertion* and the self-titled *Shake Before Use*.
