Dottori began his music career as a guitarist and made his debut as a songwriter in 2007 with the album "Lucida," which received positive reviews from critics and audiences alike. He has been involved in various musical projects, including being part of the band Amor Fou, where he initially contributed as a live guitarist before becoming a full member. Dottori has also been the director of the Festival Musica Distesa since 2007, a concert series held in Cupramontana, Italy.
