Liparit Avetisyan

Liparit Avetisyan is an acclaimed Armenian operatic tenor born in Yerevan in 1990. He began his musical education in Crimea before studying at the prestigious Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory and later at the Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan. Avetisyan has quickly established himself as one of the most exciting lyric tenors of his generation, making notable debuts at major opera houses worldwide, including the Royal Opera House in London, Berlin State Opera, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Zurich Opera, Bolshoi Theatre, and Opera Australia. His signature roles include Alfredo in "La traviata," Nemorino in "L’elisir d’amore," Rodolfo in "La bohème," and the Duke of Mantua in "Rigoletto" among others.

Throughout his career, Avetisyan has garnered several awards such as the Golden Mask for Best Opera Actor and the Swallow Music Award, and he has been honored with the title of Honoured Artist of the Republic of Armenia. His dynamic performances have won critical acclaim for their warm tone and expressive interpretation. Recent seasons have seen him perform key roles internationally, including appearances at Vienna State Opera, Teatro Regio Torino, Semperoper Dresden, Dutch National Opera, Los Angeles Opera, and more, solidifying his status as a leading tenor on the global stage.
