Soul'd Out Quartet

Soul'd Out Quartet, often called SOQT, kicked off in 2001 when Matt Rankin founded Soul'd Out Ministries as a trio in Georgetown, Ohio, with Rankin on lead and Brent Hopper on baritone. By 2004, it evolved into a full male quartet with Matt Fouch joining on bass and Joel Trimble on baritone (Hopper shifting to tenor), delivering hits like "We Shall Rise" and "He's Been So Good To Me" that put them on the map in Southern Gospel circles.

The group kept rolling with changes—like Tanner Stahl replacing Trimble in 2006, Dusty Barrett taking tenor in 2008, pianist Michael Howard joining in 2009, Ian Owens on bass from 2012, and lineup tweaks including Bryan Hutson—fueling even bigger successes with tracks like "I Am Blessed," "Cool Drink Of Water," and fresh albums such as *Run to the Light*, *Great Life*, and the *Soulace* and *Re-Soul'd* series. They're all about high-energy ministry, touring churches, festivals, and spots like Dollywood, blending hymns, progressive gospel, and heartfelt messages to reach folks of all ages.
